How does it work?
Select the items you wish to reserve in the reservation form . At checkout, your inquiry is sent to us. No payment is required yet! Within 24 hours we will confirm price, availability and delivery details with you directly. Your order is confirmed once the rental agreement is completed We will charge your credit card two days before the rental begins.

How do I place an order?
There are 3 ways to place an order: by phone, by email, or by submitting an order form. Details can be found on our reserve page.

How far in advance should I reserve?
We suggest you place your order as early as possible to ensure we can accommodate your request. During peak times (holidays, long weekends, summer months) it is best to book several weeks in advance. We will do everything we can to accommodate last minute rental requests.

Is there a delivery fee?
Yes, there is a delivery/pick-up charge which is based on the distance traveled to your destination. We will be happy to provide you with a quote.

Can you deliver to the airport?
We can deliver to the airport in Penticton. At this time we can only deliver to the car rental companies.

Can I pick up the rental items rather than pay for delivery?
You are welcome to pick up your rental items from our location in Osoyoos by appointment only.

What is your cancellation policy?
We know what it is like to travel with children, and we try to be flexible. We ask that you cancel more than 48 hours before your reservation time, and anything after that may incur a cancellation fee of up to 2 days of the rental cost. Orders booked for pick-up or delivery the same day and then cancelled may be subject to a $50 processing fee. No refunds given after the rental period begins.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Cash and E-Transfer. A credit card is required to hold your reservation. A rental agreement/waiver must be signed to complete your order.

Do you install car seats?
We cannot install the car seats due to liability. Each car seat includes an installation manual attached under the seat. If you prefer a professional installing your car seat, we can put you in touch with a CPS Certified car seat installer located in Penticton

Are your products clean and safe?
We have a complete arsenal of non-toxic, environmentally-friendly cleaning supplies as well as a commercial grade steam cleaner (the kind hospitals use) to make sure everything is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before it is delivered to you.More importantly, we have a team of friendly people who love getting things super clean – they’re willing to put in a little extra work to make sure our products are spotless and ready for your little bundle of joy to do their thing with/on/in it. We are alerted by Health Canada if any of our products are recalled, in which case they are removed from our inventory We take car seat safety very seriously. If a customer is involved in a motor vehicle accident, no matter how small, we immediately contact the manufacturer and will get you a new seat asap.

What should I do if the car with our rented car seat is involved in an accident?
If you are involved in a motor vehicle accident and have one our seats in the car (installed/not installed) please let us know right away. We work with manufactures to determine if seats need replaced and work with your car insurance to replace them if required. We never rent car seats that have been in accidents.

What if I am not satisfied with the equipment provided?
If you are not satisfied with a piece of equipment, please call us as soon as you receive it and we will be happy to provide a replacement as soon as reasonably possible or refund your money.

Is there a minimum rental period?
No, you may rent for as little as one day, however there is a minimum $10 on orders. During peak season (June,July, August, December) minimum pricing equivalent to 7 days apply on most items.
